In some classes, you may be required to use a combination of the Pilates Reformer and the TRX®. Both TRX® and Pilates put an emphasis on core activation which includes exercises that are first performed on the Allegro to increase stabilization, then strengthened as you perform them on the TRX®. The spring tension of the Allegro forces muscles to work energetically with a healthy burn, while the TRX® utilises body weight and gravity to work on functional strength and endurance.
