  1. Cucumber-Lime Infused Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 6 Persian cucumbers, divided (approx. 1 pound)
  • 8 (2 1/2-inch-long) strips lime rind
  • 1 1/2 cups Napue gin
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 thinly sliced lime
  • 5 cups chilled tonic water

It’s summer and it’s time to party. This is the only drink you’ll need to it heat up!

Chop 4 cucumbers into quarter-inch thick slices. Muddle the cucumber and rind in a large bowl and add Napue gin. Cover it and refrigerate for at least 12 hours and up to 3 days. Now filter this cucumber mixture into a pitcher and add lime juice. Slice up the remaining cucumbers and add to pitcher with thinly sliced lime. Before serving, add tonic water with ice.

      2. Cucumber Gin & Tonic Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 3 Becher Tonic
  • 1½ oz  Napue gin
  • ¼ Limette, juiced
  • ½ Becher geschnittene Gurke

Cucumber, Napue gin and Popsicles!? Who would’ve thought summer could be this much fun?!

Mix the tonic, Napue gin and lime juice. Set the cucumber slices into the popsicle moulds and pour the tonic mixture inside. Freeze overnight and enjoy these super easy and ready-to-enjoy cucumber gin and tonic popsicles!
