There are two kinds of people, those that love Formula One racing, and those who haven’t experienced it yet! At Sideways you get to experience the real thing in racing with a choice of over 100 cars that you drive on real circuits from across the globe! Most of the Formula One circuits currently in use are specially constructed for competition. The current street circuits are Monaco, Melbourne, Valencia, and Singapore. At Sideways we think in Hong Kong we need our very own street circuit! Now we give you the chance to design your own! The winning entry will be designed and built for our software so that all of Hong Kong can race on!
When designing your circuit, keep in mind that a typical circuit usually features a stretch of straight road on which the starting grid is situated. The pit lane, where the drivers stop for fuel, tires, or minor repairs during the race, and where the teams work on the cars before the race, is normally located next to the starting grid. The layout of the rest of the circuit varies widely, although in most cases the circuit runs in a clockwise direction. Of course, at Sideways, we encourage you to be creative!
This is your chance to have your own circuit design be part of our collection of over 200 circuits from across the globe! As a true Formula One fan, winning Sideways Hong Kong Circuit Competition will earn you bragging rights for years to come! Everyone in Hong Kong will get to see and race on your winning circuit design! So what are you waiting for? Come to the Hong Kong Circuit Competition on 2014-04-01 at 12:00 AM! Only at Sideways Driving Club!
