Whip Up A Tasty Summer Recipe Using Three Butchers HK Sausages And Baked Pumpkin

 

For a lot of people, the Summer season means the comfort of home and simple yet delicious homecooked meals. A lot of people relish those days when the family can gather around the kitchen and help prepare a tasty dish. If those bring back some memories for you and you find yourself missing the flavours of Summer, how about preparing a quick and easy sausage and pumpkin recipe using Three Butchers Hong Kong cumberland sausages? This recipe only requires 7 ingredients but is definitely packed with aroma and flavor.

All you need are 1 kilo of butternut pumpkin, peeled and cut into 4cm pieces, 4 small red onions, 6 unpeeled garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons rice bran oil, 2 tablespoons small fresh basil leaves, a half cup of shaved parmesan cheese and 8 pieces of thick cumberland sausages you can get from Three Butchers Hong Kong.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a large baking dish by lightly greasing it. Place the pumpkin pieces, onion and garlic. Drizzle with oil.
