The NOTCH 2008 Festival fuses cutting edge Nordic audiovisual culture with China’s emerging local scene, pushing the audience to rethink their contemporary and future role via the theme of “contemporizing the future”. Hong Kong joins the Notch tour for the first time this year. Organized by White Noise Records, Hong Kong China.
